# AI UGC ads for agencies with many clients.

AI UGC ads for agencies are UGC style video ads, with an AI actor talking to camera, that you make for clients without booking creators. RiffAds gives your team one studio, custom actors for each client, and a price before every ad runs.

## How do marketing agencies use AI UGC ads?

Marketing agencies use AI UGC ads to test many hooks for a client without booking a creator for each video. The team writes the scripts, picks or builds an AI actor, and renders each version as its own video. The cost of every version is known before it renders, and when an AI agent does the work, a person decides how much it may spend.

### How it works

1. **Build the client's actor**: Start from the actor library, or make a custom actor for the client from a written brief or from a photo of a person who agreed in writing.
2. **Write the hooks**: Paste the client's script, or have the AI writer draft a script and a few opening hooks from the brief.
3. **Price each version**: Every version carries a credit price before you press Generate, which gives you the cost per client up front.
4. **Send for sign-off**: Download the finished videos, share them with the client, and upload the approved ads to their ad account yourself.

### Best for

- Hook tests across client accounts
- Spec ads for new client pitches
- Ads in each client's language
- Monthly creative refreshes

### RiffAds in numbers

- **25**: seats on the Scale plan, and every seat spends from the same credit balance.
- **2,000**: credits in any 24 hours is the default cap on what AI agents in a workspace may spend. An owner or admin can change it.

### The numbers behind it

- **43%**: of video ad buyers' ad assets are projected to use generative AI by 2027, up from one third in 2026. Source: [IAB Digital Video Ad Spend & Strategy report](https://www.iab.com/news/business-outcomes-are-just-the-beginning/), July 2026.
- **31%**: of video ad buyers, asked about agentic AI, want guardrails that limit what AI agents can do. 36% want an audit trail. Source: [IAB Digital Video Ad Spend & Strategy report](https://www.iab.com/news/business-outcomes-are-just-the-beginning/), July 2026.

## Questions

### How do agencies make UGC ads for many clients at once?

With AI actors, so a new version means a new render, not a new shoot. In RiffAds each client can get its own custom actor, the AI writer drafts hooks from the brief, and each version runs as a separate job with its own price. The Scale plan has 25 seats and runs up to 20 jobs at once, all paid from one credit balance.

### What does an AI UGC ad cost for client work?

On RiffAds, about 848 credits covers 30 seconds of talking actor video and its voice, at $0.01 a credit. The price shows before you press Generate, so it can go straight into the client's quote. The Launch plan starts at $49 a month. Credits never expire, so a slow month for one client wastes none of them.

### Can I trigger AI UGC ad generation through an API for client workflows?

Yes. Every plan includes API, MCP, Agent Skills and CLI, all spending the same credits as the studio. Every call names the most it may spend, and an owner or admin controls the limits above that, starting at 600 credits per job and 2,000 a day, plus an optional 24 hour budget per API key. A refused job names the limit that stopped it. A talking actor video of 30 seconds can need more than the default per-job limit.

### How do I keep AI UGC ads on-brand across different clients?

Give each client its own actor and voice, and reuse them in every ad. In RiffAds you can create a custom AI actor from a written description or a photo (2 to 100 per billing period, by plan), and pick or design a voice in the app. A photo of a real person needs that person's written consent, and so does a recording of their voice.

### Who is responsible for disclosing AI-generated UGC ads, the agency or the brand?

Do not assume it is only one of you, and agree in writing who adds each label. The FTC rule on reviews and testimonials covers a business that writes or creates a fake testimonial, and a business that runs one it knew or should have known was fake. Under the EU AI Act, the business using the AI tool, such as an ad agency, is the deployer, and must label a realistic AI person that viewers could take for real.

### Can agencies run AI UGC ads on Meta and TikTok?

Yes, if you follow each platform's AI labeling rules. On TikTok, switch on 'This ad contains AI-generated content' or add a clear label of your own; undisclosed AI ads get rejected or restricted. Since June 1, 2026, Meta tags ads it detects as made with third-party AI tools with an "AI info" label. Political, election and social issue ads must also self-disclose a photorealistic AI person. On any platform, the actor must not pose as a real customer.

### Can I run an AI UGC agency and white label the ads?

Yes for the finished ads, and reselling RiffAds itself needs a written agreement. The Terms let you make ads for your own business and for your clients, and as between you and RiffAds, the outputs made in your workspace belong to you, to the extent the law allows. Offering RiffAds to clients under your own brand, or reselling access to it, needs that written agreement first.

## About RiffAds

RiffAds makes realistic UGC video ads with AI actors, lip-synced to your script, in the studio or from your AI agent through API, MCP, Agent Skills and CLI. It never posts to a social account: every result is a download link to the finished file.

RiffAds is priced in credits. 1 credit is $0.01 and credits never expire. Plans start at $49 a month for 4,500 credits. A 30 second talking actor ad is about 848 credits. The studio, the REST API and the MCP server spend the same balance at the same prices, so there is no separate API price.
