# We build ad tools for you and your agents.

RiffAds is a web studio that makes UGC video ads with AI actors, for marketers and for their AI agents through API, MCP, Agent Skills and CLI. Every job is priced first and paid in credits from one wallet.

## What is RiffAds?

RiffAds is a web app for making UGC-style video ads with AI actors. You write a script, pick an actor and a voice, and get a finished video file. Your AI agent can make the same ads through API, MCP, Agent Skills and CLI. Everything is paid in credits from one wallet, and 1 credit is $0.01.

## Why we built RiffAds

Paid social runs on many versions of each ad: new hooks, new faces, new languages. Booking a creator for every version takes time and money.

Generative AI can now make those versions, and more of the work is done by AI agents. An agent needs three things spelled out: a price before it starts, a limit it cannot pass, and a file it can hand back.

### What we built

One studio, the same generation tools for your AI agent, and one credit wallet for both.

- **One studio**: Write a script, pick an actor and a voice, and get the video. Images, b-roll and finishing tools sit in the same place.
- **The same tools for agents**: Actors, models and editing tools work from the MCP server, REST API, Agent Skills and CLI too, on every paid plan. Creating a custom actor or a new voice stays in the studio.
- **One credit wallet**: 1 credit is $0.01. The studio and every agent surface spend the same balance at the same prices.

## What we believe

Six rules the product keeps. Each one describes how RiffAds works today, not a plan.

- **Price before you spend**: Every job is priced before it starts, and you see the price before you confirm. An agent can check the price for free, must name the most it may spend, and a job over that cap is refused, never trimmed. [See plans and pricing](https://riffads.com/pricing).
- **Credits never expire**: Unused credits stay in your workspace for as long as your account exists, even after you cancel. Payments are final, and we say so up front. [Read the Refund Policy](https://riffads.com/refund-policy).
- **A person sets the limits**: An agent names its own cap for each job, but it cannot pass the limits a person sets. By default an agent may spend 600 credits a job and 2,000 credits in any 24 hours. A workspace owner or admin can change both and give each API key its own budget. - **We never post for you**: RiffAds never posts to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other platform. You get a download link to each finished file, and where the ad goes is your call.
- **Real faces and voices need consent**: Library actors are made with AI. To use a real person's face or voice, other than your own, you need their written consent first, and we ask you to confirm it before a voice is cloned. [Read the Acceptable Use Policy](https://riffads.com/acceptable-use).
- **No numbers we have not earned**: No invented ratings, reviews, customer counts or results on this site. The outside numbers on this page link to their source, and the product numbers are counted from the product itself.

## Is RiffAds legit?

RiffAds is a paid product with public prices, published policies, an operator named in its Terms and a support inbox. You do not have to take our word for it: every item below links to something you can check.

### What you can check

- **Public prices**: 1 credit is $0.01. Plans start at $49 a month. The pricing page shows every plan, its credits and the models it can use. [See pricing](https://riffads.com/pricing).
- **A named operator**: RiffAds is operated by the company named in our Terms of Service. That company is the legal party to your contract. [Read the Terms of Service](https://riffads.com/terms).

## Questions about RiffAds

### Is RiffAds legit?

Yes. RiffAds is a paid web product with public prices, published policies (the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and AI Disclosure), a support inbox at hello@riffads.com and a call you can book. The company that runs it is named in the Terms of Service. We show no invented ratings or customer counts, and every item on this page links to something you can check.

### Who runs RiffAds?

RiffAds is operated by the company named in our Terms of Service at riffads.com/terms. That company is the legal party to your contract, and the Terms say which law applies. For any question about the company or your account, write to hello@riffads.com.

### Does RiffAds train AI models on my content?

Our Privacy Policy says: we do not train our own AI models on your content, and no-training is turned on with our AI providers. Those providers are fal.ai, OpenRouter and the models it routes to, ElevenLabs and Deepgram. RiffAds does not run its own AI models. It sends your inputs to these providers to make your outputs, and the policy explains what each one receives.

### Does RiffAds post my ads?

No. RiffAds never posts to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other social platform, and it does not connect to an ad account. Every finished job is a download link to the file, or for an analysis, a JSON breakdown. You, or your agent, decide where the ad goes next.

### Are RiffAds actors real people?

No. Every actor in the RiffAds library is made with AI from scratch, not from a photo or video of a real person, and its speech is made by AI too. You can also create your own actor from a description or a photo. If it shows a real person, you need that person's written consent first.
